The Westchester Cultural Arts Center strives to ensure that all of our spaces and events are accessible. In addition to providing accessible seating for all performances and events, we offer services for our patrons who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or have low vision. Assistive listening devices are available for all performances.  Sign language interpretation, open captioning and audio description is offered at select performances.

Wheelchair Accessibility

The Westchester Cultural Arts Center is fully wheelchair accessible. Given the flexible nature of the venue's seating, wheelchair accommodations can be made at any performance.

 

​Service Animals

• Service animals as defined by the American with Disabilities Act are permitted into the theater and must be under the control of its handler at all times.

• A service animal must sit under the guest’s seat or at his/her feet.

• Service animals are not permitted to sit in the aisle or on seats.

• A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other WCAC guests and/or staff may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

 

Infrared Assistive Listening Devices (ALD)

These devices amplify and clarify sound for patrons who are hard of hearing. There is no charge for the use of the headset. If you wish to use one of these headsets during your visit, please see the House Manager in the lobby.
