The Westchester Cultural Arts Center (WCAC) rental structure has been established to encourage community participation in the arts via performances, workshops, master classes and community outreach programs. Management reserves the right to make rental decisions that are in the best interest to the successful operations of the entire facility. Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs reserves the rights to update and change the Schedule of Rental Fees and Charges without prior written notice.
